NASTRI DI CARNEVALE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g farina
100 g zucchero a velo
500 g burro
30 g lievito
2 uova
1 bicchiere latte
marmellata
olio
sale

Lavorare la farina, lo zucchero, le uova, il lievito sciolto nel latte, il burro, un pizzico di sale fino ad ottenere una pasta soffice, farla lievitare, tagliarla in dischi di 5 cm. di diametro, mettere sulla metà dei dischi un po' di marmellata, chiudere con l'altra metà dei dischi, friggerli in olio bollente, spolverizzarli con lo zucchero a velo e servire.
