dessert_cacao Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

12 biscotti secchi
6 cucchiai zucchero
8 cucchiai cacao amaro
12 cucchiai ricotta

Tritare finemente i biscotti nel mixer. Metterli in una Terrina e unire lo zucchero, 6 cucchiai di cacao e la ricotta. Lavorare bene il composto con un cucchiaio di legno. Suddividerlo in 12 porzioni e formare altrettante palline. Rotolarle nel cacao rimasto e metterle in frigo per 2 ore.
