kg cocco grattugiato
80 g latte
600 g margarina o burro
350 g farina debole

Impastare gli ingredienti nell'ordine. Far riposare in frigo alcune ore la frolla ottenuta, fare tante palline di circa 3 cm di diametro; cuocere 20 minuti a 160oC. Accoppiare i due semigusci con copertura di cioccolato.
