BIGNE` DI FRUTTA

Ingredienti:

g farina
1 uovo
10 g lievito di Birra
olio
zucchero a velo
frutta a piacere

Lavorare la farina con l'uovo, un cucchiaio di olio e il lievito di Birra sciolto in Mezzo bicchiere di acqua.

Lasciar riposare la pastella per circa 1 ora.

Pulire la frutta scelta, sbucciarla, tagliarla a fette, immergerla nella pastella e friggerla in olio bollente.

Spolverare la frutta fritta con lo zucchero a velo e servire calda.
