BACI DI DAMA

Ingredienti:

200

g nocciole
200 g zucchero
200 g burro
250 g farina
cioccolato fondente

Tostare le nocciole in forno per 10' a 180oC. Staccare la pellicina, metterle nel mixer con 2 cucchiaini di zucchero e ridurle in polvere. In una Terrina unirle allo zucchero rimasto e al burro ammorbidito, quindi incorporare la farina.

Ricavare dal composto dei rotolini di 3 cm di diametro, tagliarli a pezzettini formando delle palline. Cuocerle in forno per 18' a 160oC. Farle raffreddare e accoppiarle 2 a 2 stendendo nel Mezzo uno strato sottile di cioccolato fuso.
