Ingredienti:

hg mandorle
1 chiaro
1 cucchiaio pane grattuggiato
1 hg zucchero

Macinare le mandorle, montare i chiari e mescolare tutto; mettere in forno a 190 gradi su una carta oleata unta, finché non diventano rosa.
