Dedicata a Gianfrano Zonca ...... :-)

Staccare gli acini dai graspi, lavarli, togliere i semi, e cuocerli per un quarto d'ora circa. Passare al setaccio o al passaverdure. Per un chilo di succo 450 gr. di zucchero.

Cottura circa un'ora.

Usare Uva nera fragola.

Non e' alcolica.......ma e' molto buona per le crostate....:-)
