g burro
400 g zucchero
2 limoni
4 uova

Grattugiare le bucce dei limoni, spremere il succo sullo zucchero e sul burro dentro ad un recipiente a bagnomaria.

Quando tutto è ben amalgamato, toglierlo e lasciarlo raffreddare.

Sbattere le uova ed unirle al composto precedentemente ottenuto.

Rimettere al fuoco e lasciar bollire finché prende la consistenza del Miele.

Annotazione (sic): questa dose è abbondante, ne basta un quarto.
