SORBETTO ALLA MENTA COL BIMBY

Dosi per 4:
1 mazzolinoMenta fresca
Ghiaccio a cubetti (da 0,6 l. d'acqua)
150 g zucchero

Mettere lo zucchero nel Bimby e ridurlo al velo (5 secondi a vel. 10, a freddo), poi versare la Menta lavata ed il ghiaccio. Fare il sorbetto (5 secondi a vel. 5, 5 a 7, 5 a 10), versare nelle coppette, coprirle e passarle in freezer per un paio d'ore.
