SEMIFREDDO DI RICOTTA

Ingredienti:

rossi d'uovo
10--12 cucchiai zucchero
1/2 kg ricotta
400 ml panna da montare
1 bicchierino liquore
cioccolata a pezzetti

Dopo aver mescolato insieme tutti gli ingredienti, si raffredda il composto per qualche ora in frigorifero.
