SEMIFREDDO DI MARRONI

Ingredienti:

400

g marrons glacés spezzettati
200 g panna fresca
1/2 bicchiere latte
4 uova
5 cucchiai zucchero
4 marrons glacés interi

Frullate i marrons glacès con la panna e il latte fino a ottenere una crema che passerete al setaccio. Montate un uovo e tre tuorli con lo zucchero, incorporatevi la crema di marroni, mescolando, e mettete in frigorifero. Servite il semifreddo in coppe guarnite dai marroni interi.
