SEMIFREDDO AL LIMONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

3 tuorli d'uovo
3 cucchiai zucchero
300 g panna
50 g meringhe
1 bicchierino Rum
1 limone

Sbattere i tuorli d'uovo con lo zucchero, unire il liquore e la buccia grattugiata del limone. Amalgamare un poco per volta la panna e le meringhe sbriciolate. Versare il composto in uno stampo rettangolare e metterlo nel freezer. Prima di servire capovolgere sul piatto da portata e decorare.
