GRANITA ALL'ANGURIA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 anguria
2 cucchiai zucchero
Brandy
ghiaccio

Tagliare a metà l'anguria nel senso dell'altezza, scavarla della polpa, tagliarla a pezzetti e frullarla.

Aggiungere lo zucchero, mescolare e diluire con abbondante ghiaccio tritato.

Spruzzare le pareti interne dell'anguria con un po' di Brandy, riempirla con la granita e servire.
