GELO DI ANGURIA

gelo_anguria Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1/2 anguria
150 g zucchero
30 mg acqua di fiori di arancio
1 stecca Cannella
50 g cioccolato fondente
50 g cedro candito a dadini

Passare la polpa di anguria privata dei semi al setaccio, unire lo zucchero, l'acqua di fiori di arancio, la stecca di Cannella, il cioccolato tritato e il cedro candito a dadini. Far riposare 30' quindi togliere la Cannella. Versare in uno stampo e porre in frigorifero finché il composto si sarà solidificato.
