GELATO DI YOGURT ALLA FRAGOLA

Ingredienti:

Per una gelatiera standard:

150 ml latte
180 ml yogurt intero bianco
120 g zucchero
80--100 g di fragole lavate
2 albumi

Frullate il tutto, mettete in gelatiera e assaporate con gli amici.

Solo un consiglio, questo gelato ha un gusto molto ben bilanciato fra yogurt e fragole, non esagerate con le fragole o perderete il sottofondo dello yogurt. Dovrebbe venire abbastanza cremoso.
