GELATO DI SUSINE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g susine
400 g zucchero
panna montata

Mettere al fuoco lo zucchero con Mezzo litro circa di acqua e tenere lo sciroppo in ebollizione per 2--3 minuti.

Passare la polpa delle susine al setaccio, mescolarla allo sciroppo raffreddato e unire la panna.

Versare il tutto in una grande coppa, mettere a congelare nel freezer e servire.
