GELATO DI RICOTTA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g ricotta
3 uova
5 cucchiai zucchero
4 cucchiai Brandy
salsa di cioccolato

Montare a spuma i tuorli e lavorarli con lo zucchero, il Brandy e la ricotta setacciata.

Mescolare bene, mettere il composto in uno stampo a cassetta foderato di alluminio e lasciare in freezer per circa 2 ore.

Servire il gelato tagliato a fette con salsa di cioccolato calda.
