GELATO PLOMBIERE

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 6:
1lgelato alla crema
100 gfrutta canditaa dadini
300gmarmellata di albicocche
2 bicchierini Brandy all'albicocca

Mettere la frutta candita a bagno nel liquore per almeno 30'. Porre uno stampo rettangolare in frigo a raffreddare. Unire al gelato la frutta con il Brandy. Foderare le pareti dello stampo con il gelato e alternare strati di marmellata di albicocche e gelato terminando con quest'ultimo. Mettere in freezer per almeno 2 ore.
