GELATO AL MASCARPONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 uovo
1 cucchiaio zucchero
1 bicchierino Rhum
100 g mascarpone
20 g cioccolata fondente
20 g mandorle tostate

Sbattere fino ad avere una crema soffice e spumosa un rosso d'uovo e un cucchiaio di zucchero; aggiungere, sempre mescolando, un bicchierino di Rhum, la cioccolata e le mandorle tritate finemente. Incorporare infine il mascarpone e lavorare il composto fino a quando sarà bene amalgamato. Mettere due ore in freezer prima di servire.
