GELATO ALLA FRUTTA

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

300 g frutta sbucciata e snocciolata
20 cl panna molto fredda
zucchero

Frullare la frutta dopo averla tagliata a pezzettoni, aggiungere poi lo zucchero, lavorando fino ad ottenre un pure omogeneo montare a parte la panna , aggiungere il purè di frutta mescolando finché l'impasto sarà omogeneo. mettere in freezer in un contenitore basso di metallo per qualche ora.
