GELATO DI DATTERI

Ingredienti:

200

g datteri
50 g panna
325 g latte
2 cucchiai vodka ottimo anche con il Rum
100 g zucchero se proprio lo volete dolce

Snocciolate i datteri e frullateli accuratamente, eventualmente aggiungendo un po' di latte; aggiungete quindi la panna, il restante latte ed il liquore e mescolate accuratamente per amalgamare gli ingredienti: quindi preparate il gelato.
