GELATO AL CAFFE` CORRETTO

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
150 g zucchero
2 tazzine caffè
1 cucchiaio cacao amaro
4 cucchiai panna montata
2 uova
4 dl latte
1 bustina vaniglina
Brandy

Sbattere le uova con lo zucchero e la vaniglina e unire il caffè e il cacao.

Amalgamare al composto il latte, portare ad ebollizione, far freddare e aggiungere la panna e il Brandy.

Versare la crema ottenuta in una coppa da portata e mettere in freezer per almeno 2 ore prima di servire.
