EISKAFFEE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g panna montata
2 uova
1/2 tazza zucchero
1/2 tazza caffè
1 bustina vaniglia

Fare un caffè molto forte e sciogliervi dentro metà zucchero e la vaniglia. Sbattere i tuorli d'uovo con lo zucchero rimasto e unire il caffè. Cuocere la crema a bagnomaria per circa 10 minuti. Lasciarla raffreddare, unire la panna, versare in 4 coppe e tenere in freezer qualche ora prima di servire.
