SPIEDINI DI FRUTTA

spiedini_frutta Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 mele
2 pere
2 prugne secche
1 banana
2 mezze pesche sciroppate
20 g burro
2 cucchiai zucchero
1 cucchiaio pinoli
1 cucchiaio uvetta
Brandy

Ridurre la frutta a spicchi o a dadi e infilarla, alternandola, su 4 spiedini. Stendere sulla placca del forno 4 rettangoli di alluminio, ungerli con burro e spolverizzarli con zucchero. Disporvi gli spiedini, cospargerli con zucchero, pinoli, uvetta e burro. Spruzzarli con il Brandy, chiuderli e cuocere a 180' C per circa 15'. Servirli caldi.
