POMPELMO AL RHUM

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 pompelmi
1 bicchiere Rhum
zucchero

Tagliare i pompelmi a metà, togliere la polpa senza rovinare la scorza.

In una Terrina amalgamare la polpa di pompelmo con il Rhum e lo zucchero e lasciare macerare per circa due ore.

Riscaldare il tutto, riempire i ``cestini" dei pompelmi e servire.
