PICCOLI MELONI AL PORTO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 meloncini
1 bicchiere Porto
6 cucchiai zucchero a velo

Tagliare una piccola calotta da ciascun meloncino e tenerla da parte, eliminare i semi e i filamenti ed estrarre, con la punta di un cucchiaio, tante lamelle arrotondate di polpa di melone. Riporre all'interno di ciascun meloncino la polpa, spolverizzare di zucchero, irrorare con il liquore e rimettere la calotta. Mettere in frigorifero per circa 3 ore e servire.
