PESCHE AL VINO

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
4 pesche gialle duracine
4 cucchiai zucchero
vino rosso

Lavare le pesche, tagliarle a fette e metterle in una grande coppa.

Cospargerle di zucchero, coprirle di vino e lasciarle insaporire.

Mettere in frigorifero per circa 2 ore e servirle fredde.
