PESCHE RIPIENE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 pesche
8 Amaretti
1 carota
1 uovo
1/2 bicchierino Porto
burro
zucchero

Sbucciare le pesche, dividerle a metà, e togliere il nocciolo; sbriciolare gli Amaretti; grattugiare la carota. Mescolare gli Amaretti con la carota e l'uovo e farcire le pesche con questo composto. Imburrare una teglia, disporvi le pesche, bagnare con il liquore, cuocere in forno per circa 20 minuti, cospargere di zucchero, infornare per altri 5 minuti, far caramellare e servire.
