PESCHE ALLA CREMA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 pesche gialle
liquore a piacere
8 ciliege candite
4 tuorli d'uovo
100 g zucchero
40 g farina
1 pizzico sale
1/2 l latte
1 scorza di limone

Sbucciare le pesche, dividerle a metà, togliere un po' di polpa, tritarla e metterla da parte. Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero, unire la farina, il sale e il latte caldo profumato con la scorza di limone. Cuocere la crema finché sarà densa. Disporla nelle mezze pesche, cospargere con la polpa tritata mescolata al liquore e decorare con le ciliege.
