PESCHE ARGENTATE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 pesche gialle
4 noci
50 g zucchero
30 g cacao
30 g burro
2 Amaretti

Prendete delle pesche belle, grosse e sode, lavatele, sbucciatele, tagliatele a metà e togliete il nocciolo. Preparate un ripieno con le noci tritate, lo zucchero, gli Amaretti sminuzzati e il cacao. Distribuite il composto nell'incavo di ciascuna mezza pesca, adagiate su ciascuna un fiocchetto di burro ed avvolgetela in un foglio di carta stagnola chiudendo bene il cartoccio. Mettete in forno mezz'ora a 180oC.
