PERE ALLA SALSA

Dosi per 4:

6 pere mature
succo di limone
5 banane mature
5 cucchiai zucchero
5 cucchiai latte
6 cucchiai Rum

Sbucciare le pere dopo aver tolto loro il torsolo con l'apposito utensile, tagliarle a fette, passarle al limone perché non anneriscano e disporle sul piatto di portata. Passare al setaccio le banane, mescolarvi lo zucchero, il latte, il Rum in modo da ottenere una salsa semifluida e versarla sulle pere. Prima di servirle, tenerle in frigo per almeno un'ora.
