PERE AL MASCARPONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 pere
60 g zucchero
8 Amaretti
1 bicchierino liquore all'Amaretto
100 g mascarpone

Sbucciare le pere, tagliarle a pezzi e frullarle con lo zucchero, quattro Amaretti e il liquore.

Lavorare il composto con il mascarpone, suddividerlo in quattro coppe, guarnire ogni coppa con un Amaretto e servire.
