PERE AL LIMONE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


4 pere kaiser
8 prugne secche
4 cucchiai zucchero
1 limone
1 bicchiere vino bianco secco

Far cuocere le prugne ammollate con il vino e metà dello zucchero.

Sbucciare le pere, tagliarle a metà, togliere il torsolo, disporle su un piatto da portata, cospargerle di zucchero, spruzzarle con il succo del limone e lo sciroppo di cottura delle prugne, decorare con le prugne snocciolate e mettere in frigorifero per un paio d'ore prima di servire.
