PERE AL GRILL

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 pere
1 cucchiaio zucchero di canna
2 cucchiaiate marmellata di lamponi
burro
1 bicchierino liquore all'Amaretto

Pelare le pere, tagliarle a metà verticalmente eliminando il torsolo e i semi. Passarle in padella con 30 gr di burro fuso, poi trasferirle in una teglia imburrata. Metterle sotto il grill, spolverizzare di zucchero e far colorire. Irrorare di liquore e guarnire l'incavo delle pere con la marmellata.
