Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 pere
16 cucchiai zucchero
4 bicchieri acqua
4 bicchieri vino
4 Chiodi di Garofano
4 pezzetti Cannella in canna

Mettere in un tegame 2 cucchiai di zucchero e farlo caramellare.

Unire le pere lavate e asciugate, bagnarle con l'acqua e il vino, cospargerle di zucchero, unire la Cannella e i Chiodi di Garofano e cuocerle in forno caldo per circa un'ora.

Servirle calde.
