MELE IN PASTA FROLLA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

pasta frolla
1 kg mele
1 tazza marmellata di albicocche
50 g zucchero

Svuotare le mele togliendo i torsoli. Riempirle di marmellata e fasciarle, dopo averle spruzzate di zucchero, nella pasta frolla.

Metterle in una teglia imburrata al forno per 30 minuti circa. La pasta frolla deve essere appena colorita. Si consiglia di non scegliere mele acquose. Provenienza: RAI Televideo 08/05/1993
