MELE AL MIELE

mele_Miele Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 mele delizia
1 limone
5 cucchiai Miele fluido
4 cucchiai marmellata a piacere
10 noci

Togliere i torsoli alle mele, disporle in pentola con 3 scorzette di limone. Sciogliere il Miele in tanta acqua sufficiente a ricoprire le mele. Portare a bollore e cuocere a fuoco medio per 30' circa. Disporre le mele sul piatto, sciogliere la marmellata nello sciroppo rimasto e cuocere per qualche minuto, poi versarlo sulle mele. Cospargere le mele con le noci sminuzzate e servire.
