MELE AL FORNO CON MANDORLE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 mele grosse
80 g confettura di albicocche
70 g mandorle pelate
1 bicchierino marsala
50 g zucchero
1/2 limone
30 g burro

Tostate le mandorle al forno; lavate e sbucciate le mele e tagliatele a fette spesse un centimetro. Imburrate una pirofila, cospargetela con zucchero e disporvi le fette di mela. Spruzzate col marsala e mettete in forno a 170 gradi per mezz'ora. A parte sciogliete a bagnomaria la confettura, versatela sulle mele e rimettete in forno per altri 20 minuti.
