MELE IN DOLCEZZA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 mele non farinose
30 g burro
1 cucchiaio uvetta
1 cucchiaio pinoli
Brandy
scorza di Mezzo limone grattugiata
2 cucchiai zucchero
2 dl panna da montare

Pulite e tagliate le mele a spicchi di 2 cm. di spessore. Sciogliete il burro in una larga padella, unite le mele e fatele saltare per 5', scuotendo e mescolando con la Paletta per non romperle. Unire uvetta, pinoli, una spruzzata di Brandy, la scorza di limone e lo zucchero e proseguire la cottura per 5', scuotendo la padella. Servite con la panna montata.
