MELE AL CALVADOS

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 mele renette grosse
6 cucchiai zucchero
1 bicchiere vino bianco
1 biccherino Calvados
1 pezzetto Cannella
2 Chiodi di Garofano

Fate caramellare in una casseruola 4 cucchiai di zucchero, poi adagiatevi le mele bagnandole col vino, il Calvados e 1/2 bicchiere d'acqua. Spolverizzate con lo zucchero rimanente, unite la Cannella, i Chiodi di Garofano e cuocete a recipiente coperto a fuoco basso per un' ora irrorando ogni tanto le mele con il proprio sugo.
