MACEDONIA ALLA RICOTTA

macedonia_ricotta Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g macedonia sciroppata
400 g ciliege snocciolate sciroppate
300 g ricotta romana
1 cucchiaio Miele
1 bustina zucchero vanigliato
1/2 limone
latte

Sgocciolare la macedonia dal liquido di conservazione tenendone da parte 2 cucchiai. Scolare anche le ciliege. Setacciare la ricotta e lavorarla a crema, unire il Miele, lo zucchero, 2 cucchiai di latte, lo sciroppo e la scorza grattugiata del limone. Mescolare la crema alla frutta e mettere in frigo per 1 ora.
