MACEDONIA AL KIRSCH

Ingredienti:

pera
1 mela
1 banana
2 fette ananas
1 limone
2 bicchieri kirsch
zucchero

Sbucciare la frutta, tagliarla a dadini e metterla in una coppa da macedonia.

Unire il succo del limone, cospargere di zucchero, versare il liquore e mescolare delicatamente.

Tenere in frigorifero per un paio di ore prima di servire.
