MACEDONIA AGLI AGRUMI

macedonia_agrumi Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 pompelmi gialli
2 pompelmi rosa
2 limoni
3 arance
4 cucchiai zucchero

Sbucciare i pompelmi eliminado anche la pellicina bianca, quindi dividerli a spicchi, pelarli al vivo e metterli in una Terrina. Sbucciare al vivo i limoni, tagliarli a fettine e unirli ai pompelmi. Cospargere con 2 cucchiai di zucchero e lasciare macerare per qualche minuto. Spremere le arance, filtrarne il succo e versarlo sulla macedonia. Unire lo zucchero rimasto e mettere in frigo per 30' prima di servire.
