KIWI ALLA CREMA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g gelato alla crema
4 kiwi
1 limone
1 bicchiere latte
1 bicchierino Rhum
1 cucchiaio zucchero
100 g cioccolato fondente
mandorle

Sbucciare i kiwi, tagliarli a rondelle e metterli in una Terrina con il succo di limone, lo zucchero e il Rhum.

Dividere il gelato in quattro coppe, guarnire con le fettine di kiwi e le mandorle sbucciqte e tagliate a filetti, spolverizzare con il cioccolato grattugiato, versare in ogni coppa un quarto di bicchiere di latte e servire.
