GRATIN DI PESCHE

Ingredienti per 4 persone

4 mezze pesche sciroppate
12 biscotti (a piacere)
8 Amaretti
q.b. zucchero
cacao in polvere
burro
Brandy

Preparazione

  1. mettere nel mixer i biscotti con lo zucchero, il cacao in polvere (basteranno 3 cucchiai) e 3 cucchiai di liquore
  2. mixare, aggiungendo il burro (una noce)
  3. pestare grossolanamente gli Amaretti
  4. mettere nell'incavo delle mezze pesche il composto e terminare con gli Amaretti sbriciolati
  5. spolverizzare con dello zucchero e del cacao
  6. cuocere in forno per 30 minuti a 200o (anche 220o)
