GRATIN DI PERE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g pere
150 g Amaretti
40 g burro
4 cucchiai Miele
2 cucchiai zucchero
Cannella in polvere

Sbucciare le pere, privarle del torsolo e tagliarle a fette. Disporre uno strato di pere in una pirofila imburrata, velarle di Miele, spolverizzarle con un po' di Cannella, cospargerle di zucchero e porvi sopra qualche fiocchetto di burro. Alternare gli strati fino ad esaurimento degli ingredienti, infornare per 30 minuti circa e servire tiepido.
