GELATO CON POMPELMO

Preparate la polpa del pompelmo, liberata da tutte le pellicole e tagliata a pezzettini, ed alcune ciliegine sciroppate, senza nocciola e tagliate pure a pezzettini. Disponete il gelato (vaniglia, crema o di frutta) nelle coppe e decorate il centro con il pompelmo fresco e le ciliegine.
