FRUTTA IN SCIROPPO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

125 g zucchero
125 g acqua
700 g frutta mista a piacere
25 g mandorle sfilettate
1 bicchierino kirsch

Far bollire per 5 minuti l'acqua con lo zucchero; quando sarà fredda aggiungere il liquore e la frutta sbucciata e tagliata a pezzi.

Tenere in frigo per almeno un'ora prima di servire.
