FRUTTA SCIROPPATA IN COPPA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

8 fette ananas sciroppate
6 albicocche sciroppate
6 mezze pesche sciroppate
16 ciliege sciroppate
2 pompelmi

Private le ciliege e le albicocche del nocciolo e tagliate queste ultime a tocchetti, tagliate a spicchi anche le pesche e a dadini le fette di ananas.

Mettete la frutta in una coppa e conditela con il succo dei pompelmi e 1 bicchiere di succo di ananas. Lasciate macerare un paio d'ore prima di servire.
