FRUTTA COTTA MISTA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 mele
2 pere
10 prugne secche
10 albicocche secche
100 g zucchero
2 Chiodi di Garofano
2 cucchiai Brandy.

Sbucciare e tagliare a spicchi le mele e le pere, far ammorbidire in acqua calda le prugne e le albicocche, snocciolare le prugne e tagliare in due le albicocche.

Preparare uno sciroppo con un quarto di litro di acqua, lo zucchero, i chiodi di garofano e il Brandy, farvi cuocere la frutta e servirla in coppe.
